Pure coconut oil has a high smoke point and the fat in coconut oil is mainly saturated fats (saturated fats) - accounting for about 90% - so you can rest assured to use it for cooking. Researchers have experimented to identify and compare the amount of aldehyde toxins produced when heating different oils at high temperatures. Research results show that coconut oil generates at least the amount of aldehyde of the tested oils. Therefore, if you want to cook fried and fried dishes, the best oil to use is virgin coconut oil. However, you should not fry for too long.
