It is a premium quality of crab flavour Surimi which taste more like a real crab meat. Popularly used as an ingredient for sushi and some other Japanese cuisine dishes.
Preparation
1. Defrost the imitation snow crab leg
2. Shape the sushi rice ball to rectangle shape
3. Place the defrost crab leg on top of the sushi rice
4. Wrap around the slice seaweed around the imitation snow crab leg and rice
5. Place some mayonnaise on the top of the seaweed
6. It is ready to be serve
