Do note: Lettuce seeds can be quite sensitive. You can try germinating them by placing the seeds on wet kitchen towels, put them in a zip lock bag, and place them in the fridge.

Description: Butterhead lettuce have soft, buttery-textured leaves that form very loose "heads". They boast a mild, sweet and succulent flavor.
Sun: Bright but not too hot. Requires partial shade.
Soil: Loose, well-drained soil.
Germination time: 7-14 days.
Harvest time: 55-60 days.
Spacing: Min 20 cm apart.
Water: Keep roots moist. Lack of water will delay growth and leaves will become bitter.
Fertiliser: Fertilise lightly.
Challenges / Tips: Harvest whole plant when mature.
Suitable for hydroponics. EC level 700 μS/cm (young), 1300 μS/cm (mature)
