It is recommended that our bakkwa is consumed within 7 days of the purchase date. - Store our bakkwa in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent condensation and mould. - If our bakkwa is still warm after purchase, unseal the pack and let the bakkwa air to prevent condensation from forming in the pack. - After cooling, you may then transfer the bakkwa to an airtight container. - You may store our bakkwa in the fridge to extend the shelf life of our bakkwa. The bakkwa can keep for up to 14 days if stored in the fridge. Reheating bakkwa: - It is recommended to reheat our bakkwa in an oven for 1-2 minutes at 140°C-180°C before serving.
