Description: Product in local farm A set of curry chilli crab consist of the following: Mini Bun x 1pkt 700-800g crab x 1pcs Special curry chilli crab sauce (500g) x 1 pkt The crab is live catch and sous vide under 55-60 degree. Its sold as pre-cooked, well vacuum packed and frozen. why does we do that ? Because this lengthens the shelf-life and preserves the flavor of the meat. Cooking method: Submerged the whole vacuum packed crab into a pot of hot water for 5 - 10 mins , (you can choose to cook together with the sauce if you want but make sure you defrost it about 15-20mins) Put in the frozen curry chilli crab sauce into cooking pot and add in the amount of water that you want . Once the sauce is cooked, put in the crab and stir it. Take note: All ingredients are using natural source without any preservatives. All the items are well prepared, do your own judgement.
