Caramel pudding

Pudding part:
Eggs-3 (only 2 for no-roast)
Granulated sugar-30g
Milk-250ml
Caramel portion:
Granulated sugar-45g
Water-10g
Hot water-20g
▼ Method
1. Pour 45g of fine granulated sugar into the pot, add 10g of clear water and boil over low heat without stirring. Gently shake the pot to make a caramel color, pour 20g of hot water and boil for a few times, and pour the cooked caramel into a patch cup. Medium cooling.
2. Pour the eggs into a bowl, add fine sugar, stir well, pour in milk, mix well, and strain again.
3. (Bake in the oven) Pour the egg liquid into the pudding cup, pour 1cm hot water in the baking dish, and bake in the oven water bath at 140 degrees for 45 minutes.
(No-bake) If you don't have an oven, you can boil it over low heat for 20 minutes, and you can reduce the amount of eggs by one.
