Method to prepare Ice Jelly
- Mix 1 pack of Ice Jelly with 1500ml of water. Bring to boil till the powder dissolve. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a mould or tray. Leave to cool in the open before chilling in the fridge for a few hours.
** Ice Jelly in Syrup Gula Melaka **
Ingredients and Method:
- 1 bowl of ice jelly
- 100ml of thick coconut milk
- 1 can of sea coconut or nata de-coco
- Some ice cubes
- 1 bowl of gula melaka syrup
(Method to prepare syrup : Mix 100ml of hot water, 200gm of gula melaka thoroughly.)
Mix all ingredients thoroughly before serving the dessert.
(Sweetness according to own preference)
