We mail out your order the next day after artwork confirmation. After placing your order, do drop us a chat with the content, preferred font (any font from Ms Word, default font will be Arial font) and your email for us to send your artwork for confirmation. Kindly inform us of the font number for Chinese characters via chat too. Any other languages ( Japanese, Arabic etc), kindly message us the text. You are advised to print out the attached on A4 size paper to have a feel of the actual size (please print without using the “Auto-fit” setting on your printer, use “Actual size” setting on your printer properties) of the artwork and to check the content of the stamp is correct. Viewing on a computer or handphone is NOT actual size. Please use PDF App to print as email App or browser printing will distort the artwork. We will do the artwork for you at no extra cost.
