Article 19 (1) of the pre-amendment debauchery act provides that consumers are dissatisfied with mail order goods
Return the goods or cancel the contract in writing within 7 days of receiving them

The 7-day hesitation period shall not apply in the event of reasonable exceptions to communications transactions.
In addition, the executive branch also complies with item 2 of the same law.
Guidelines for the application of reasonable exceptions to the release of communications transactions
Article 2 of the guidelines lists several exceptions to hesitation in communications transactions
If the business operator informs the consumer of one of the following seven situations
Article 19, paragraph 1, of the debauchery act will be excluded from the application of the 7-day hesitation period for communications transactions:
I. prone to corruption, shorter retention periods or imminent expiration of the contract.
Ii. customer-based payment in accordance with consumer requirements. (Fruit dew bottles 300ml 100ml limited)
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
Iv. audio-video products or computer software that have been removed by consumers.
V. digital content not provided in the physical media or on-line service once provided, with the prior consent of the consumer.
Vi. personal hygiene items that have been removed.Goods sealed for health reasons (e.g. underwear, panties or razors), such as unpacking and re-selling after testing (use), are at risk of hygienic impact.
Vii. international air passenger service.
